We are proud of our monthly Culture Calendar packed with wellness and learning initiatives. We are a member of VIC ICT for Women, run our own Method Mentors Program, and offer external training workshops and much much more.
Culture with a cause
We look beyond Method’s four walls to consider our wider community. We participate in 2 charity days annually, have our own Movember and Dry July teams, and support a greener planet with 8+ recycling initiatives.

I didn’t have a really good concept of what the recruitment industry was before joining Method. Not a lot of companies would take a chance on someone coming with little industry or sales experience, but Method provided an incredibly supportive environment for me to grow and learn in. The team and culture is set in such a way that everyone is set up to succeed in collaboration – follow your process, take constructive feedback on board, learn to view the struggles as a learning opportunity, and you will be given time to succeed. I am not sure I would have succeeded in a more KPI-driven environment. I am pretty thankful Method took a chance on me, focusing on the person rather than their background – a true espousal of the company values.
