My role as Practice Lead – Technology Delivery is to act as a partner to both the Hiring Manager & candidate. As requirements are becoming more “tech agnostic”, finding the right cultural fit with aptitude to learn is where I excel. I flesh out motivations & find the candidate their dream next move.

Long gone are the days of relying on keywords in a resume, it’s all about the person behind the code. My passion is educating Hiring Managers on the market & engineers’ specific motivations and most importantly to act as an Interview Coach, so the candidate is comfortable & can express their personality & interview the client back!

I love to get an epic result for everyone involved & I definitely don’t take the hands-off approach…
