Office Manager


Laura is the Office Manager at Method Recruitment Group. Laura has over eleven years of experience in end-to-end candidate management and administration across business support, finance and IT industries. She is dedicated to provide quick and efficient client and candidate services around the clock across Method’s Melbourne and Sydney offices.

Prior to Method, Laura had developed a strong track record in providing candidate management to large clients such as Telstra and IBM. In these roles, she managed a contract book of over 200 contractors, as well as undertaking vendor reporting and auditing. Laura has overseen Method’s payroll functions being brought in-house, successfully managing the migration process of bringing Method onto a new payroll management platform.

When not at work she has her hands full raising her young daughter. Method provides Laura with the flexibility to work at home when needed, to ensure the perfect balance between work and family.
