I am Method Recruitment Group’s Business Support Team Manager. My role is to plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, as well as to devise ways to streamline processes.

Having built the Method team in Cebu, I assess the team’s performance by providing training and guidance. This way I can ensure the maximum operational efficiency of my team. I am highly motivated and strive to create unique and engaging content. By doing this I ensure that Method Recruitment is at the forefront of all potential candidates’ minds.

Outside the office, I bask in the beautiful beaches and tropical activities that Cebu has to offer. Loving to be active, I am either spending my time at the gym or taking my five dogs on a walk.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management Development from the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
