I embarked on my recruitment journey just over 3 years ago when I first moved to Melbourne from the sunny streets of Dublin. Since then, I have worked across a variety of different role types across IT, but within the past year I have really found my niche in Architecture.

Over the course of the past 12 months, I have been developing my network amongst mid-level and senior engineers. As of January 2022, I have started working with Method Recruitment and I am incredibly excited to be a part of what I believe to be the most talented and collaborative of recruitment teams.

For the most part, I am working on open-source development, partnering with the best engineering talent Melbourne has to offer. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to recruitment. My method is to get to know my candidates so that I can help them find the role that best fits their experience and career goals.
