My role as Practice Lead – Technology Delivery is to act as a partner to both the hiring manager and candidates. As requirements become more “tech agnostic”, finding the right cultural fit with aptitude to learn is where I excel. I flesh out motivations, career trajectories and consider these when guiding candidate on their next move.
Long gone are the days of relying on keywords in a resume, it’s all about the person behind the code. My passion is educating hiring managers on the market and engineers’ specific motivations. Most importantly, I act as an interview coach, so the candidate is comfortable and can authentically express their personality, feeling confident to interview the client back!
