For me, it’s about accuracy, consistency and the small things that make a big difference to how a finance function performs.
Whether it’s supporting reporting, managing accounts processes or keeping things organised behind the scenes, I focus on making sure the numbers stack up and the process works as it should.
Not every conversation is about spreadsheets…outside of work you’ll usually find me catching up on the football back in the UK or in the gym.
