I'm the Head of Corporate Services Practice at Method Recruitment Group, leading our Corporate Services division. My team covers Accounting & Finance, Payroll, Sales & Marketing, Business Support, HR & Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and Leadership (up to CEO level).
Personally, I've worked and recruited within Not-for-Profit organisations since 2007, partnering with clients across Melbourne and nationally for qualified accounting, HR, procurement and leadership recruitment.
Since migrating to Australia in 2015, I’ve maintained a strong interest in the sector and enjoy working with a wide range of purpose-led organisations, including schools and universities. I’m particularly passionate about helping people overcome barriers to secure a new role; some of my proudest career moments have been when I’ve helped women successfully return to the workforce following parental leave.
