I lead the Technology practice at Method Recruitment, managing a team of specialist recruiters across Software & QA Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber, ERP & CRM, Data & AI, Project Delivery and Tech Sales. We recruit both contract and permanent roles nationally for businesses across SME and Enterprise.
With 15 years in Tech recruitment and 13 of those in Australia, I remain hands-on while leading the practice, focusing on senior and executive appointments. My career began in HR recruitment in Scotland during the global financial crisis, where I learned the value of genuine relationships and care. Since then, I’ve helped build some of Australia’s most innovative tech companies by connecting them with exceptional talent. Outside of work, I spend time with my wife, two children, dogs, and enjoy playing football.
