I fell into recruitment in 2018 and, like most, had no idea what I was in for. What began as a steep learning curve quickly turned into a genuine passion for building connections within the software engineering space. After a few years in the UK tech market, I moved to Melbourne and found a refreshingly close-knit, relationship-driven community that let me really get to know the people behind the CVs and the teams behind the job descriptions.
These days, I help engineers and leaders find roles where they can truly thrive, not just tick boxes. I partner with businesses that care about building great products and even better cultures, working with everyone from senior developers to Heads of Engineering. I’m big on honesty, collaboration and long-term relationships that last well beyond a placement.
