I started my career in recruitment in 2016 in Vietnam, specialising in technology hiring across software engineering, product, infrastructure and data. Over the years, I’ve partnered with startups and established businesses alike, helping them build high-performing teams while supporting professionals through important career decisions. After relocating to Melbourne, I found a market that values genuine relationships and a collaborative community where long-term partnerships matter just as much as delivering results.
Today, I focus exclusively on the data space, everything from data analysts to Heads of Data. I believe great recruitment is about far more than matching CVs to job descriptions. I prefer to act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals, challenges and ambitions.
