Having lived and worked in the UK, Germany and now Melbourne, I bring an international perspective to my role as Practice Lead here at Method. I partner with organisations across Australia to help them build high-performing project, technology and transformation teams, recruiting roles spanning Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, PMO, Process Improvement and Transformation Leadership. With over six years in recruitment, I take a relationship-led and consultative approach, focusing on understanding what success looks like for both clients and candidates.
What I enjoy most about recruitment is getting to know the people behind the CV and the stories behind each hiring need. Whether I’m supporting a business through a major transformation program or helping someone take the next step in their career, I’m committed to making the process honest, transparent and genuinely enjoyable. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my French Bulldog, Peppa, coffee in hand, fitting in a Pilates class or grabbing a glass of wine with friends!
