About the Role
This is a well-established, family-run maritime business based in Williamstown looking for a proactive and reliable Administration Assistant.
The role is varied and hands-on, supporting day-to-day office operations, with the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a small, down-to-earth team.
Perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and values flexibility and stability over corporate structure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing reception and general office administration
- Supporting the GM and team with day-to-day operations
- Data entry across systems (including maintenance and training records)
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping (Reckon Hosted - training offered)
- Coordinating training logistics (bookings, catering, materials)
- Managing travel bookings and schedules
- Preparing and formatting documents and reports
- Assisting with social media updates
What We’re Looking For
- Someone happy to be fully in office with flexible hours (3pm finish and flexible start time).
- Previous admin experience (2+ years ideal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with systems and picking up new tools
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Personable character who thrives in a small, informal team
