- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, contractors, advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage ongoing portfolio credit requirements, including risk reviews, account monitoring, waivers and consents.
- Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
About You
You’ll bring a strong background in project finance or structured lending, with experience managing transaction workstreams and the technical capability to assess complex financing opportunities.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 4–6+ years of relevant transaction experience, with the ability to lead smaller or less complex deals.
- Strong financial modelling, financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
- Experience managing due diligence and transaction documentation.
- The ability to prepare financing proposals, pitch materials and credit papers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant sectors, ideally including energy, infrastructure, natural resources or transport.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
