We're partnering with a leading organisation embarking on a major enterprise data transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in delivering business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale migration to a modern data platform.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile transformation program where you'll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the successful transition from a legacy Enterprise Data Warehouse to Snowflake, while supporting Tableau reporting migration and operational readiness.
About the Role
As the Change Manager, you'll lead end-to-end change activities across the program, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared and supported throughout the migration journey. You'll partner closely with delivery teams, business leaders and operational stakeholders to minimise disruption and maximise business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large enterprise data transformation program.
• Deliver stakeholder impact assessments, change strategies and business readiness plans.
• Develop and execute communication, engagement and adoption plans.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate business readiness activities for Tableau reporting migration and cutover.
• Design and deliver training, learning materials and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support operational transition into BAU, including support models and hypercare.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement following release.
• Maintain change plans, risks, issues and governance reporting.
You'll bring:
• 10+ years' experience delivering organisational change across large transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness experience.
• Experience supporting technology, data or analytics transformation initiatives.
• Proven capability delivering change impact assessments, training and adoption activities.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
Highly Regarded
• Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), data migration or analytics transformation experience.
• Snowflake, Tableau or reporting platform transformation exposure.
• Operational transition, BAU readiness and hypercare experience.
• Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent Change Management certification.
