We’re partnering with a leading Australian Insurance firm undergoing a major finance transformation and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP platform.

This is a high-impact role working closely with Finance and Transformation teams to drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption ahead of a planned go-live in November 2026.

The project will deliver a new finance solution covering key processes including General Ledger, bank reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting, source-to-pay, expense management, and billing and collections for B2B customers.

Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, you will work as part of a dedicated project change team and partner closely with Finance leaders, Business Analysts, and learning specialists to ensure the business is prepared and confident for go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate change impact assessments into practical business readiness activities
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Facilitate deep-dive briefing sessions, workshops, and other change initiatives
  • Establish and manage a Change Champion network
  • Support the development of training materials and content outlines
  • Coordinate leadership discussions on training sequencing
  • Help design and implement the go-live support model

About You

You are an experienced Change Manager who thrives in complex transformation environments and can engage confidently with stakeholders ranging from Team Leaders to General Managers.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience delivering change on ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar)
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting training development and delivery
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective

Contract Details

  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Duration: 5 months (through to November 2026)
  • Rate: Competitive
  • Location: Melbourne CBD
  • Working Arrangement: 4 days per week in the office (Monday to Thursday)
