This established community-based not-for-profit is seeking an experienced and values-driven Client Services Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team on a part-time contract (3 days per week) basis.

This is a key leadership role responsible for:

  • Driving service quality and participant outcomes
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple service streams
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards
  • Supporting service growth, occupancy, and program development

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader seeking flexible working arrangements while maintaining strategic and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Contribute to organisational strategy as part of the leadership team
  • Partner with People & Culture on workforce planning and capability
  • Drive initiatives to improve service quality and client outcomes

Service Operations

  • Oversee service delivery across Day Programs, Residential, and Community Access
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework
  • Improve systems, reporting, and data integrity
  • Support efficient rostering aligned to participant needs

Client Services & Intake

  • Oversee client intake, onboarding, and service agreements
  • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for participants and families
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships

Residential Services

  • Oversee participant care, including medical and allied health coordination
  • Ensure medication compliance and financial oversight processes
  • Support participant wellbeing, independence, and engagement

Programs & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead development and evaluation of programs
  • Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and coordinators
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture

Risk & Compliance

  • Oversee incident management, audits, and risk processes
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS and regulatory frameworks

Quality & Engagement

  • Drive improvements based on client feedback and surveys
  • Strengthen engagement with participants, families, and stakeholders

About You

You’re a confident and collaborative leader with experience in disability or community services and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading service delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and compliance
  • Experience driving operational improvements and service growth
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational ability
  • Ability to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
