The opportunity

The Commercial Analyst   is responsible for providing data-driven commercial insights to support strategic decision-making, pricing, forecasting, and profitability across the business.

Key responsibilities may include (but not limited to) the following:
  • Translating data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Delivering forecasting, scenario modelling, and commercial analysis on both live projects and projects at tender
  • Supporting pricing strategies and bid / tender evaluations
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and performance reports using BI tools
  • Analysing portfolio, pipeline, and project performance – producing reports on such as required
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and data workflows


About you

The ideal candidate will join bringing the following skills and prior experience:
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in commercial analysis, commercial finance, data analysis or similar commercial insight-driven environment
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability. Additional experience in BI tools advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure advantageous but not essential

You will be someone who brings a mix of technical capability and strong interpersonal skills. Just as important as your experience is how you operate.
