The Opportunity
A short-term opportunity for a detail-oriented Contracts & Data Administrator to support a project focused on reviewing and improving contract and spend information across the business.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is confident liaising with stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update contract and supplier information across internal systems
- Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping for contracts and spend
- Assist in cleaning and organising existing data to improve visibility and reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and update information
- Support basic reporting by extracting and compiling data
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to contracts and procurement
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, or business support roles
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- Exposure to contracts and procurement
- Experience working with large data sets or system clean-ups
- Great short-term opportunity with an immediate start
