About The role: 
 As a part of this clients team, you will have the opportunity to support the mission and be a key player in their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take charge of Front of House and Reception Duties, delivering exceptional 5-star customer service to guests and staff members. 
  2. Manage bookings and ensure presentation of all Meeting rooms. 
  3. Provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries.
  4. Oversee and manage the office inventory of stationary, IT equipment for the team, food and beverages and general housing/upkeep of the office. 
  5. Contribute to smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for team members.
  6. Provide strong administrative support to managers and various departments within the team as needed.
  7. Monday – Friday, 8.45 am – 5.00 pm.
Skills and Experience: 
 The client is all about a quality-first approach. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly desirable. A strong level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is expected.
  1. Ability to stay attentive, prioritise tasks, and handle work efficiently amidst distractions.
  2. Understand and contribute to the broader goals of the business.
  3. Self-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and completing administrative tasks.
  4. Demonstrate a genuine curiosity and willingness to acquire knowledge about the business.
  5. Composure in challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  6. Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  7. A team player with a willingness to adapt and collaborate.
  8. Possess excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, empathy, and the ability to build rapport and positive relationships within the workplace.
