The Role:

Corporate Services Administrator (Insurance & Compliance)  

Play a critical role supporting insurance, risk and compliance outcomes across a diverse national portfolio. This diverse and high-impact role will see you coordinate insurance administration, claims management, liquor licensing and key governance activities across the Group. Working with leaders, brokers, insurers, regulators and operational teams, you will be a trusted coordinator who ensures important compliance obligations are met while continually improving processes and systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Manage insurance administration, renewals, policy amendments and site transitions. 

·        Coordinate claims management activities and stakeholder communications. 

·        Liaise with insurers, brokers, legal representatives and business leaders. 

·        Coordinate liquor licensing applications, renewals and audits. 

·        Support ISO audits and governance initiatives. 

·        Administer business names and Modern Slavery reporting requirements. 

·        Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies.

Qualifications & Requirements  

·        Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) 

·        National Police Check 

About You 

·        Experience in administration, insurance, compliance, governance, risk or corporate services. 

·        Experience in Sports, Leisure, Health and Fitness and advantage (not essential) 

·        Outstanding organisational and communication skills. 

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes. 

·        A proactive mindset and continuous improvement focus.
