We are partnering with a growing, commercially focused organisation seeking a Data Analyst to join their team and play a key role in supporting pricing and broader business decision-making.
This is a strong opportunity for an early-career analyst to step into a role where your work will directly influence how the business operates, with exposure to senior stakeholders and real commercial outcomes.
The RoleYou will initially focus on improving data quality and maintaining core datasets, before progressing into more advanced reporting and analytical work across the business. Over time, you will support ad hoc projects, including modelling and insights for senior leadership.
You will work closely with an offshore team who manage data preparation, allowing you to focus on analysis, interpretation, and delivering meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Maintain and monitor core datasets, including pricing and rate changes
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Analyse data and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support ad hoc reporting and modelling requests from the business
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Able to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Exposure to industries such as insurance, fleet, or financial services is advantageous
- Experience with DAX and Power Query
- Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision-making
