Finance Officer | Temp Contract  |  29 June – 14 August

Hawthorn | Fully Office Based

We’re looking for a switched on  Finance Officer  to support a small, fast moving finance team covering annual leave. This is a  full time temp role  reporting directly to the CFO, based in our client's Hawthorn office (easy PT access + onsite parking).

What you’ll own

• End to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations

• Month end close support and reporting

• Supplier management, invoice processing and payment runs

• Daily finance admin to keep things humming

What you’ll bring

• Xero experience – non negotiable

• Strong AP/AR background with solid reconciliation skills

• Confident, accurate and able to hit the ground running

• Comfortable in a small office environment

• Available for the full contract period and happy to work 100% onsite
