Financial Planning & Analysis Manager | Newly created role | Inner East of Melbourne
We're partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager. Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, delivering commercial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to support informed decision-making across a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
- Deliver executive and board reporting with meaningful insights
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance
- Identify opportunities for commercial improvement and operational efficiency
- Enhance reporting, dashboards and financial processes
- Support strategic projects, investment decisions and growth initiatives
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
