Digital Content & SEO Specialist (12-Month FTC)

South East Melbourne | Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 from home)
$80,000 + Super

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established global consumer brand within the manufacturing / home & lifestyle space, known for its strong international footprint and commitment to innovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital career to step into a role where content, SEO, and data intersect .  The business is investing in its digital experience and evolving how it shows up across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven platforms, making this a genuinely exciting time to join.

This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract, offering great exposure to global markets, modern tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Role

As the Digital Content & SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the brand’s online experience across multiple regions. You’ll combine creative thinking with technical understanding to ensure content is both engaging and high-performing.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and publishing website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Supporting SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking

  • Assisting with optimisation for AI-led search experiences (SGE / LLMs)

  • Running A/B tests in collaboration with the analytics team to improve user journeys

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information within the PIM system

  • Supporting global stakeholders with digital updates and content requests

  • Assisting with ongoing website improvements and transitions to modern, mobile-optimised platforms

About You

You’re someone who enjoys the detail but also understands the bigger picture - curious about how content performs, not just how it looks.

We’re looking for:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, content, SEO or analytics

  • Exposure to SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console or similar

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (highly regarded)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder requests

  • Confident communication skills - able to work across both technical and marketing teams

  • A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Recent graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

What’s on Offer
  • Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home)

  • Exposure to a global brand and international markets

  • Opportunity to develop skills across SEO, content, analytics and emerging AI search

  • Supportive, collaborative team environment

  • Strong learning and development opportunity for someone early in their career

If you’re looking for a role where you can build on your digital foundations and gain exposure to the future of search and content, this is well worth exploring.
