We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Internal Talent Partner to join our client’s team, offering an exciting 4-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a hybrid position based in the bustling CBD, ideal for a professional ready to make a meaningful impact while working with cutting-edge recruitment tools within the insurance industry.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the organisation’s talent pipeline, partnering closely with hiring managers across various departments, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process. Your expertise will contribute to attracting top talent and enhancing the company’s internal recruitment strategies, all while working within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in internal or corporate recruitment, preferably within the insurance or related industries
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment systems such as SuccessFactors (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated success in delivering a professional candidate experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR or talent management systems beyond SuccessFactors
  • Experience working within process-driven, corporate environments
  • Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal or agency IT recruitment, with a preference for those transitioning to internal roles

Other Requirements:

  • Immediate availability to start and undertake a 4-month contract
  • Ability to work hybrid, with flexibility for in-office and remote work
