The Role
You’ll be the go-to senior ER operator, managing complex casework, supporting leaders, and delivering clear, confident advice at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading/supporting enterprise agreement bargaining
- Interpreting awards and EAs with confidence
- Running investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
- Coaching leaders through challenging people issues
- Supporting change and workforce transitions
What You Bring
- A senior ER operator who thrives under pressure
- Proven enterprise bargaining experience
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, awards & EAs
- Skilled in complex case management and investigations
- Ability to work at pace, juggle priorities, and operate autonomously
- Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
