Senior Employee Relations Specialist – 6 Month Contract

The Role

You’ll be the go-to senior ER operator, managing complex casework, supporting leaders, and delivering clear, confident advice at pace.  

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading/supporting enterprise agreement bargaining
  • Interpreting awards and EAs with confidence
  • Running investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
  • Coaching leaders through challenging people issues
  • Supporting change and workforce transitions

What You Bring

  • A senior ER operator who thrives under pressure
  • Proven enterprise bargaining experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, awards & EAs
  • Skilled in complex case management and investigations
  • Ability to work at pace, juggle priorities, and operate autonomously
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
