The opportunity
The Legal Counsel - Construction Industry provides legal support and strategic advice on all aspects of construction projects. This role focuses on contract management, regulatory
compliance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution across the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and senior leadership to ensure legal integrity and commercial success.

About you
- Admitted Australian lawyer with 3–5 years PQE in construction, infrastructure, or major projects
- Exposure to construction, commercial, or litigation work preferred
- Soft skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Commercially focused with the ability to balance legal and business considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
