We are partnering with a large, values led organisation to recruit an experienced Learning Administrator to support the effective delivery of learning and capability initiatives across the business.
Sitting within the People and Culture function, this role works closely with Organisational Capability and Learning teams, HR partners, IT, internal communications and external learning providers. The position plays a key role in ensuring learning programs delivered through Kineo (Totara) are well governed, accurate and aligned to organisational capability priorities.
Key responsibilities include managing access, maintaining and updating learning offerings, supporting enhancements and upgrades, and developing reporting and dashboards to provide compliance and participation insights. The role also supports stakeholders by providing guidance on learning processes and developing clear support resources.
The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, HR or learning administration experience, and confidence working in a large, complex corporate environment.
