A leading Australian FMCG business with a strong portfolio of trusted consumer brands is looking for an experienced National Account Manager – Grocery to join its growing sales team in Melbourne.
This role is responsible for managing national grocery and retail accounts, delivering sustainable and profitable growth, and building strong, long-term customer partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll lead customer strategy, range development, promotions and commercial execution across the grocery channel.
What you’ll do:- Lead national grocery and retail customer relationships
- Deliver sales, margin and trade spend targets
- Execute Joint Business Plans and range reviews
- Identify new product, category and channel opportunities
- Drive promotional performance and eCommerce growth
- Use scan data and forecasting to inform decisions
- Lead and develop one team member
- FMCG or grocery account management experience at a national level
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
- A collaborative, proactive and customer centric mindset
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related field
