A leading Australian FMCG business with a strong portfolio of trusted consumer brands is looking for an experienced National Account Manager – Grocery to join its growing sales team in Melbourne.

This role is responsible for managing national grocery and retail accounts, delivering sustainable and profitable growth, and building strong, long-term customer partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll lead customer strategy, range development, promotions and commercial execution across the grocery channel.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead national grocery and retail customer relationships
  • Deliver sales, margin and trade spend targets
  • Execute Joint Business Plans and range reviews
  • Identify new product, category and channel opportunities
  • Drive promotional performance and eCommerce growth
  • Use scan data and forecasting to inform decisions
  • Lead and develop one team member
What you’ll bring:
  • FMCG or grocery account management experience at a national level
  • Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative, proactive and customer centric mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related field
