A fast?growing organisation is seeking a proactive, hands?on Office Manager to keep day?to?day workplace operations running smoothly across two office locations. You’ll own facilities, suppliers, onboarding logistics, IT hardware coordination, internal events and conference support - ensuring employees have a reliable, organised and professional workplace experience.

What you’ll do

  • Manage workplace operations  - presentation, supplies, access, security, contractors and issue resolution

  • Coordinate facilities & suppliers  - building contacts, maintenance, contracts, renewals and records

  • Support IT hardware  - asset registers, equipment allocation and MSP coordination

  • Deliver onboarding/offboarding  - workspace readiness, equipment, access and property returns

  • Run internal events  - town halls, planning days, staff activities and corporate calendars

  • Coordinate conferences  - registrations, travel, booths, logistics and collateral

About you You’re organised, anticipatory and confident setting expectations. You bring experience in office management, facilities, suppliers, onboarding or events, and you enjoy owning end?to?end operational work.

Practical details Full?time, office?based role with occasional travel or out?of?hours work (not often) for events or urgent facilities matters.
