  • Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Using HR data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, awards, agreements, regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Providing practical and commercially focused solutions to complex workplace matters

About You

Ideally, you will bring:

  • 5+ years' HR experience, preferably within a blue-collar, operational or service-based environment
  • Strong experience across Employee Relations and Industrial Relations

  • Excellent judgement and discretion when managing sensitive employee matters
  • The ability to interpret HR data and insights and translate these into practical actionThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Partner who enjoys combining strong HR partnering capability with hands-on ER and IR expertise.

You will join a global organisation, work closely with leaders across the business and have the autonomy to influence workplace outcomes while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives.

In addition to an interesting and varied role, you will benefit from:

  • Hybrid working, three days in the office and two days from home
  • Free onsite parking
