People and Culture Advisor – Drive Positive Change in a Not for Profit Environment

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role offers the opportunity to shape people strategies in a dynamic setting and contribute to organisational wellbeing.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
- Strong skills in employee relations and performance management
- Effective stakeholder communicator with a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting organisational growth is highly regarded
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and flexible work arrangements
- Recruitment coordination experience
- Ability to update position descriptions aligned with strategic needs
- Support for wellbeing, engagement, and cultural initiatives
Nice to Have:
- Experience with learning & development programs
- Familiarity with HR systems or digital tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, AHRI)
Preferred Background:
- Tertiary qualification in HR, IR, or related field
- 3+ years in a generalist HR role, ideally in non-profit sectors
