We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Shared Services outsourcing initiative to an offshore vendor partner. This program spans Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain and Contact Centre functions, and is critical to the organisation’s transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, including sequencing, planning and execution across multiple business units
• Establish and maintain strong governance, reporting and risk management frameworks
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and managed services on-site PM and Change teams
• Manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior leaders and impacted employees
• Drive alignment across functions to ensure smooth transition to outsourced services
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies across the program
• Ensure clear communication and change coordination throughout the lifecycle

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale outsourcing or shared services programs
• Strong background in program governance, planning and stakeholder management
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage resistance and sensitive conversations
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments
• High attention to detail and strong delivery focus

Working Environment

• Melbourne-based role, 5 days in office initially
• Flexible start and finish times
• Potential for 1 day work from home once established
