We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support a large-scale transformation program within a leading manufacturing company. This role will play a key part in ensuring project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination are delivered effectively across the program.

Reporting to the Program Director, the successful candidate will help establish and maintain strong project delivery disciplines, systems, and processes across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain project plans in Microsoft Planner, including task management, milestones, dependencies, and ownership tracking
  • Maintain RAID registers and ensure project trackers remain current and accurate
  • Develop and maintain core project documentation, including project definitions, financial analysis, business cases, and governance artefacts
  • Provide basic business analysis support, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and options assessment
  • Coordinate and support project workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Manage project SharePoint sites, including document structure, version control, permissions, and filing standards
  • Prepare governance and executive reporting materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Support project financial administration, including tracking and travel coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for project team members and contractors, including system access, equipment, and inductions
  • Prepare weekly status reporting and provide ad hoc support to the Program Director and broader project team
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar project support role
  • Strong Microsoft 365 capability, particularly across Planner, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to produce high-quality project documentation with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting transformation or enterprise-wide programs will be highly regarded
Contract Details
  • Immediate start-date
  • Initial full-time commitment for 6 weeks to support project mobilisation, followed by a flexible 40–80% workload through to November.
  • Onsite in Richmond
