We're partnering with an Australian technology organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. With significant investment across customer platforms, AI and operational improvements, we're looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This is a genuine delivery role. You'll own multiple projects from initiation through to implementation, working across business and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes. You'll be delivering a range of strategic initiatives, including:
- Implementing new billing solutions
- Rolling out CRM capabilities across partner networks
- Supporting AI product launches and customer enablement
- Driving SaaS and business transformation initiatives
- Coordinating technical delivery alongside change and business readiness activities
What we're looking for:
This is not a Senior Project Manager role. We're looking for someone with around 5 years' Project Management experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and continue developing their career.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience delivering SaaS, software
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP implementation projects
- A strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
- The ability to challenge constructively, influence outcomes and hold teams accountable
- A proactive, hands-on approach to delivery rather than purely governance and reporting
- Experience using Jira, Confluence and project collaboration tools
Nice to have:
- Experience within a service delivery or consulting environment
- Exposure to CRM or billing platform implementations
- Experience supporting AI-enabled products or digital product launches
- Agile delivery experience
