  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Prior experience within a professional services firm specialising in tax or R&D consulting.
  • Knowledge of other tax incentives or grants relevant to innovation and technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • An understanding of emerging trends in innovation tax relief schemes.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • A degree in Accountancy, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in R&D tax advisory, consultancy, or related field, with a demonstrable progression into leadership roles.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements or professional development.
