About the role

The Risk & Compliance Coordinator provides administrative, coordination and reporting support to the Compliance team, primarily assisting a senior member of the Compliance Team. The role focuses on managing breach notice workflows, maintaining compliance systems, coordinating communications with field teams, and preparing the initial monthly compliance reporting pack. This is an administrative/analytical role - no compliance subject matter expertise is required but it may be advantageous.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct first level review of non-compliance items and flag queries for escalation

  • Draft breach letters for store distribution and submit for approval

  • Track outstanding notices, remedial actions and store responses

  • Maintain breach registers and workflow status in Monday.com and other risk/compliance specific system (training provided).

  • Gather data from multiple sources, chase contributors, and prepare the first draft of the monthly reporting deck

  • Pull insights from disparate systems and ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Review incoming emails and triage to the appropriate Compliance team member

  • Coordinate follow-ups, reminders and information requests with field teams

  • Assist with audits, documentation, registers and compliance administration as required

  • Manage workload independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

About you

  • Experienced administrator/analyst with strong tenure and reliability

  • Background in case management, paralegal, contracts administration, compliance admin, or operations coordination would be beneficial to hit the ground running in this role

  • High attention to detail, accuracy and follow through

  • Comfortable chasing stakeholders and managing deadlines

  • Strong communication skills; personable and engaging

  • Able to learn systems quickly, especially Monday.com

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shared drives
