We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation embarking on a major, multi-year transformation program to modernise the systems, data and models supporting Credit Risk, Stress Testing and Regulatory Capital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk Systems Analyst to play a key role in delivering complex business and technology change.
About the Role
Working across business and technology teams, you'll analyse complex requirements, define future-state solutions and support end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new capabilities are successfully implemented while meeting both business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Perform process mapping, data analysis and systems analysis
- Support testing activities including UAT and system integration testing
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers and vendors throughout delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement
- Contribute to successful implementation and business readiness activities
About You
We're looking for an experienced Business/Risk Systems Analyst with:
- Strong experience within Credit Risk(essential)
- Exposure to Stress Testing, Regulatory Capital and/or IFRS9
- Proven Business Systems Analysis experience across enterprise transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
- SQL and data analysis experience
- Experience supporting testing, implementation and change delivery
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Visio
