Sales Administrator

Circa $65k + super | South-East Melbourne | Permanent, Full-Time

A fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven administrator to join a well-established, high-performing business within the automotive/transport sector. This is a busy, varied role sitting within a supportive sales team - perfect for someone who enjoys pace, structure and getting things done. 


The Role

Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, you’ll be key to the operations of the sales function...ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing sales documentation, contracts and deal files
  • Processing invoices and raising purchase orders with accuracy
  • Maintaining systems, including CRM and sales pipeline updates 
  • Coordinating vehicle orders, stock and supplier bookings
  • Supporting delivery schedules and liaising with internal teams
  • Keeping all records up to date and audit-ready
  • Providing general admin support to the Sales Manager

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys ticking things off, and takes real pride in accuracy.

We’re looking for:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in administration (sales admin highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across teams
  • Systems-savvy (MS Office; CRM systems are a bonus) 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with solid time management
