An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large, established organisation delivering a significant billing remediation and transformation initiative.

This project is focused on improving billing accuracy, operational efficiency, customer experience and financial controls. Working closely with Salesforce Functional Consultants, developers and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in reviewing and validating existing requirements, confirming scope, identifying gaps and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension, ideally commencing before Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate existing business and functional requirements alongside Salesforce Functional Consultants and developers.

• Identify gaps, clarify business rules and confirm project scope and intended outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current processes and requirements.

• Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional documentation.

• Analyse end-to-end billing processes, system integrations and downstream impacts.

• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to support solution design and implementation.

• Support SIT, UAT, defect management and requirements traceability.

• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology and business transformation projects.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience is essential, including requirements analysis, platform enhancements and working with Salesforce Functional Consultants and developers.

• Proven ability to review, challenge and validate existing requirements, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.

• Strong business process mapping, requirements elicitation and documentation capabilities.

• Experience working across system integrations and complex technology environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.

• Experience using Jira, Confluence and Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Previous exposure to billing, finance, revenue management, membership or customer platforms will be highly regarded.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
