The Opportunity
As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve how Digital and eCommerce teams operate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building AI agents, assistants and workflow automations
- Designing and deploying AI solutions
- Implementing RAG patterns and AI-enabled knowledge retrieval
- Integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, APIs and digital platforms
- Monitoring, optimising and scaling AI solutions in production
- Contributing to AI governance, standards and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Software Engineering background
- Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions into production
- Experience with AI Agents, Automation Workflows and RAG architectures
- Strong API and systems integration experience
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Shopify experience highly desirable
