We're partnering with a well-known Australian organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and are looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to join a large-scale customer experience program.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, digital experience, content strategy and platform delivery, helping shape how digital content is structured, managed and delivered across customer journeys.

Working within a high-profile transformation program, you'll play a key role in improving content authoring frameworks, defining scalable content models and ensuring digital experiences are consistent, reusable and customer-focused.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and improve AEM content authoring frameworks, standards and workflows
  • Develop scalable, component-based content models aligned with AEM best practice
  • Design and optimise Content Fragments and Experience Fragments
  • Translate design system components into AEM-ready structures and reusable digital assets
  • Partner with UX, Content, Engineering and Product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions across technical and business stakeholders
  • Support backlog refinement, user story development and Agile delivery activities
  • Drive consistency across digital channels, customer journeys and personalised experiences
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and aligned with long-term digital strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience as a Digital Business Analyst within enterprise digital environments
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Proven experience with content modelling, content authoring frameworks and governance
  • Deep understanding of Content Fragments and Experience Fragments
  • Experience working with design systems, component libraries and digital platforms
  • Ability to translate business, design and technical requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams and large transformation programs

You'll be someone who:

  • Understands both the functional and technical aspects of AEM
  • Can confidently engage with developers, architects, designers and business stakeholders
  • Brings structure, governance and best practice to digital content delivery
  • Has a strong customer and member experience mindset
  • Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced transformation environments
