Senior Change Manager job in 1 in Melbourne

I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation on a major enterprise transformation and we're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join the team on an initial contract.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll play a key role in delivering the people side of a large technology implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful business readiness, adoption and long-term outcomes.

The Opportunity:

You'll lead the end-to-end change management approach across a complex technology program, partnering with business leaders and delivery teams to successfully embed new ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing the change management strategy and roadmap
Leading stakeholder engagement across executive and operational teams
Driving business readiness activities and organisational adoption
Delivering communications, training and change collateral
Conducting change impact assessments and readiness planning
Supporting a large-scale enterprise rollout to approximately 10,000 users
Working closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and transition into BAU

We're looking for someone who has:

Extensive experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering complex enterprise transformation programs
A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically while rolling up your sleeves to deliver
Experience leading technology-enabled change across large organisations
Strong business readiness, communications and stakeholder engagement experience
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage competing stakeholder priorities
Experience working within highly regulated environments

Highly Regarded:

Experience supporting M&A, business integration or organisational integration initiatives
Healthcare, aged care or other complex service delivery experience
Experience implementing governance, compliance or enterprise platforms
