Join a leading professional services organisation as a Senior HR Advisor and play a pivotal role in supporting the workforce with people related queries within a dynamic environment. This immediate-start, six-month contract offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to utilise their expertise in employee relations, organisational change, and full employee lifecycle management. Be a key partner to leadership, providing strategic guidance and operational support to drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR advice.
  • Coach and support leadership on people management and employment legislation compliance.
  • Promote employee engagement, talent development, and organisational culture.
  • Ensure HR processes align with business objectives and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner within a professional services or similar corporate environment.
  • Deep knowledge of employee relations and case management.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while forging strong collaborative relationships.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR advisory or business partner role.

Other Requirements:

  • Immediate availability or short-notice to commence work.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for extension.
  • Reside in Australia or have existing legal working rights.
