We are partnering with a leading Australian organisation to appoint a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex business and technology transformation initiatives.

This is not a traditional IT infrastructure role, nor is it a purely functional project management position. Instead, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, leading projects that improve core operational processes across areas such as procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, ERP and data.

Working within a high-performing Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives from inception through to implementation, ensuring projects are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable operational outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP project experience, a process-led mindset, and the ability to engage equally well with operational stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects across business and technology
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and governance
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and priorities
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors and implementation partners
  • Drive workshops, steering committees and executive reporting
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits and operational improvements
  • Manage dependencies across ERP, data, integration and automation initiatives
  • Contribute to the uplift of project delivery frameworks and best practices

About You

  • 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong ERP project experience, ideally with SAP or Oracle
  • Great understanding of business processes such as procurement, manufacturing and supply chain
  • Able to bridge the gap between business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience delivering projects involving integrations, data and enterprise systems
  • Structured and process-driven, with strong governance and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is highly regarded

About the role:

  • Hybrid working in Coburg
  • Immediate start-date
  • Growing business with lots of opportunity
  • Permanent position
