Looking for your first move out of practice and into industry? Or just looking for a change in industry/working environment?
Perhaps you've worked with large clients on corporate tax matters and are now ready to see the commercial impact of your work from the other side. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established multinational organisation where you'll gain valuable in-house experience while working alongside an experienced and supportive Head of Tax.
As the go-to tax specialist for compliance matters, you'll take ownership of tax obligations across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance while also contributing to broader tax initiatives across the business.
This organisation is a recognised leader within its sector, with a strong market presence, continued growth, and a collaborative finance function. The tax team is highly regarded internally and offers excellent exposure across a wide range of tax matters.
Whether you're currently an Assistant Manager or Manager within a reputable accounting firm, or already working in-house, we'd love to hear from you. While the role does have an oversight on compliance and tax accounting, you'll also be involved in several areas of advisory, when and as you can take that away from external consultants. The compliance environment is complex and technically interesting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the detail and is motivated to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
