About the Role
As a Senior Website Test Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating end-to-end testing services for digital platforms, including websites and portals accessible to both the public and registered users. Your expertise will ensure that releases are delivered smoothly, meeting stringent quality standards and aligning with business and technical requirements.
Your hands-on involvement will span across frontend, API, and backend testing—leveraging your knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium and Java—to streamline testing processes within modern CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, and Stakeholders to validate system integrity and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test cases, execute testing activities, and log defects proactively.
- Automation Leadership: Drive automation-first strategies for System Integration Testing (SIT), including the development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated test suites within CI/CD frameworks.
- End-to-End Validation: Plan and execute end-to-end testing for complex, integrated systems, identifying automation opportunities for regression testing and ensuring test coverage.
- Defect Management: Identify testing blockers, collaborate with teams to resolve issues swiftly, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Requirement Traceability: Apply agile methodologies to verify requirements traceability, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria and project scope.
- Environment & Data Management: Define environment and data needs, and work with teams to prepare testing environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, release readiness, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployment.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively manage testing risks, adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing uplift of the organization’s testing capabilities through strategic initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Safety & Compliance: Comply with health, safety, and conduct policies, fostering a safe and professional work environment.
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in testing complex, mission-critical large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing multiple integrated systems, involving various stakeholders and vendor teams.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks, particularly Selenium and Java, including developing and maintaining automated test suites.
- Hands-on experience in frontend, API, and backend testing—covering database validation, data services, and system integration testing.
- Knowledge of modern development practices: CI/CD, TDD, Business-Driven Development.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness and ability to obtain (at organization expense) a Baseline Security Clearance.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with ALM, Jira, Confluence, Appium, CA Lisa, Cucumber, Groovy, REST, Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, and Postman.
- Experience with cloud mobile device testing.
- Relevant IT or security qualifications.
- Prior experience working on government projects or within security-focused environments.

Eligibility & Security Clearance
Candidates must be eligible for, and able to maintain, Baseline Security Clearance at a minimum, with NV1 clearance preferred where applicable.
