We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join a collaborative technology team delivering enhancements across the ServiceNow platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3+ years' Business Analysis experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and helping deliver technology-driven business outcomes.
You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from gathering and documenting requirements through to supporting delivery and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand and document requirements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.

Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and process maps.

Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with developers, testers and project teams to support successful delivery.

Assist with backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint planning activities.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning and defect management.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Around 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within technology or transformation projects.

Previous experience working with ServiceNow, either through implementations, enhancements or ongoing platform improvements.

Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and process mapping skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Experience facilitating workshops with both business and technical teams.

Exposure to Agile delivery environments.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
