Senior Technical Business Analyst | Supply Chain Transformation
We're currently working with a leading enterprise organisation on an urgent requirement for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a major Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation Program based in Melbourne.
This role sits within a broader initiative focused on enhancing warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and technology capabilities across a complex retail environment. The team is looking for someone who can operate beyond traditional business analysis, contributing to solution design, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery.
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across a large-scale supply chain transformation program
- Partner with business, technology, architecture, and delivery teams to define future-state solutions
- Analyse and document current-state and future-state processes across warehousing, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics operations
- Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine requirements
- Translate business and operational requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Contribute to solution design discussions and provide recommendations aligned to business objectives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the optimisation of supply chain operations
- Produce key project artefacts including business requirements, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and solution documentation
- Work closely with delivery teams to support successful implementation outcomes
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
- Strong background delivering Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or Warehouse Transformation Programs
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with Manhattan Associates WMS highly desirable
- Strong technical capability and ability to contribute to solution design discussions
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programs from discovery through to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to think independently, challenge requirements where appropriate, and drive outcomes
- A solution-focused mindset with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and complexity

Contract Details:
- Initial 6-month contract with expected extensions
- Melbourne based - Hybrid
